How does the Health & Safety retainer service work?

Regulation 7 of the management of Health & Safety at Work Regulations 1999 requires every organisation to have access to Competent Health & Safety advice.

Once subscribed to retainer services with Three Rivers Health & Safety clients are provided with a dedicated telephone number and email address to answer any questions or queries you may have. If in the event that the advice you require needs immediate assistance one of our consultants will aim to call you back within 2 hours.

All clients of Three Rivers Health & Safety will receive the following services and products:

Initial review of clients current Health and Safety policy to ensure compliance with health and safety legislation.
Entitled to use Three Rivers Health & Safety Consultancy Ltd as your appointed health and safety advisor on literature, website and tender submissions.
Assistance with reporting of accidents to (HSE) Health and Safety Executive.
Updates via email regarding any changes in Health and Safety Law.
Advice via telephone and email between the hours of 09:00am-18:00pm Monday to Friday.
In the event of an accident a direct telephone number to the on-call Health and Safety advisor.
