First Aid Guidence Amended

Mental Health, now emphasises an employer's responsibility to take account of employee's mental health in their First Aid Need's Assessment.
Simplified guidance on First Aid Training providers.
Simplified guidance on how to decide on what First aid to provide.
Previous terminology " Catastrophic Bleeding" now amended to " life threatening bleeding" with further guidance provided for employers should this be identified as a risk.
